Hired May of 2001 as a reserve officer and then deciding to switch to full time, Sergeant Agan has held many positions and various roles over the past 6 years. He has a strong background in Information Technology as well as an undergraduate in Criminal Justice. Primary focus has been in the detection, surveillance and investigation of ciminal cases to include narcotics, fraud, ID Theft, child pornography, and impaired motorists.
Training received from Western Missouri Regional Police Academy (Independence, MO); Military Police / Advanced Law Enforcement Training Division (Ft. Leonard Wood, MO); Longview, Blue River & Penn Valley Community Colleges (Kansas City); Mult-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force (St. Petersburg, FL); Midwest Counterdrug Training Center (Camp Dodge, IA).
Sergeant Agan also participates with MOCIC, RISS & Midwest HIDTA.
